Cutting is a critical step in tube, bar and profile processing, where dimensional accuracy, cut quality and production speed directly affect the following forming and finishing operations. FangRong manufactures manual and automatic cutting machines with CNC control, saw blade cutting and carbide-tipped cutting systems for different materials and production requirements.
FangRong automatic cutting machines are designed for workpiece diameters from approximately 5 mm to 200 mm, covering carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and other metals. Servo-driven feeding, automatic length measurement and high-speed carbide saws help maintain consistent cutting length and support high-volume production.
For fixed-length production, the FR-16 and FR-25 automatic cutting machines are available with hydraulic or pneumatic configurations. The machines combine pulling and cutting operations, with cutting forces up to approximately 50 kN and production configurations for 2–4 strands. These systems are suitable for applications where repeatable cutting length and continuous material handling are required.
For larger and heavier sections, FangRong supplies sawing machines equipped with ZQ reducers and main motors up to 22 kW. The cutting system can be selected according to workpiece size, material strength, blade specification and required production cycle. Optional deburring and chamfering stations can be incorporated when the cut ends require additional preparation before assembly or subsequent forming.
Different cutting methods are matched to the workpiece and production conditions. Saw blade cutting provides a practical solution for a wide range of metal tubes and bars, while carbide-tipped cutting systems can be used where higher cutting speed, dimensional consistency and tool durability are required. CNC and automatic feed control can further reduce manual positioning and improve repeatability between batches.
The cutting machines can be integrated with FangRong Straightening Machines and Chamfering Machines to build a complete cut-to-length and end-finishing line. This configuration is useful for production processes where straightening, fixed-length cutting, chamfering and deburring need to be completed with consistent workpiece positioning.
