The FR-16 to FR-90 series provides drawing capacities from 15T to 160T, a standard drawing speed of 15 m/min, and effective drawing lengths up to 10m.
The main advantage is simple: three workpieces can be drawn in one cycle instead of processing them one by one. Each line has its own guide and tension control, so the three strands can be kept stable during drawing. This is useful for high-volume production where increasing machine speed alone is not enough, especially when the same production area needs to handle more tubes or bars.
The three lines do not have to be limited to exactly the same product. Depending on the production setup, the machine can be configured for different diameters or materials, provided the drawing loads and tooling requirements are suitable for the machine.
The FR-25 provides 20T drawing capacity with a 55kW main motor and JZQ850 reducer. It uses a 2010 bent plate chain and includes a 3kW feeding motor, 2.2kW turnover motor and 0.4kW alignment motor with a 1:150 ratio.
For higher-load production, the FR-90 reaches 160T capacity with a DC 400kW motor, P3HS-18-45-D reducer, 5628 bent plate chain and 5.5kW feeding motor.
The right model should be selected according to the material, tube or bar size, reduction per pass and required output. A three-line machine is most useful when the production volume justifies simultaneous processing; if the product is large, difficult to draw or produced in small batches, a single-line machine may be more practical.
