FangRong's Carbon Steel Vertical Two Rollers Straightening Machine is designed for correcting bends and deformation in carbon steel bars, rods and tubes after rolling, drawing, heat treatment, forging or handling. The machine uses a vertical two-roller arrangement to apply controlled correction forces while the material passes continuously through the working section.
For carbon steel, machine selection is not determined by diameter alone. Tensile strength, hardness, initial deformation, section geometry, material length and required straightness all affect the required straightening force and roller configuration. The workpiece passes between two forming rollers positioned to create controlled bending during feeding. By adjusting the roller position and working pressure, the machine corrects the existing deformation instead of relying on a single heavy pressing action.
