We offer a comprehensive range of precision metal processing equipment, including straightening, cold drawing, pointing, chamfering, cutting, thread rolling machines, and drawing dies, tailored for tube, bar, and wire materials across diverse industries.

The Double Chain Cold Drawing Machine is built for high-force drawing where a single pulling chain may create uneven loading on the carriage. Its synchronized dual-chain drive distributes the drawing force more evenly, helping maintain die alignment and stable operation when processing large-diameter, thick-wall, or high-strength tubes and bars. FR-16 to FR-600 models provide 1–300 tons of pulling force, speeds up to 30 m/min, and customizable strokes of 10 m or more. Optional 1–5 strand drawing and automatic feeding, cutting, and receiving support higher-volume production of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium, and specialty alloys.

The Irregular Chain Cold Drawing Machine converts round tubes or solid bars into square, rectangular, hexagonal, octagonal, oval, channel, angle, T-shaped, and custom asymmetric profiles through controlled cold drawing. The chain-driven drawbench provides 7–1000 kN drawing force, speeds up to 28 m/min, and strokes up to 10 m. Multi-strand configurations can draw 1–5 pieces at once, while precision dies control profile dimensions, corner definition, and surface finish. Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum, titanium, and other specialty alloys.

The Automatic Chain Cold Drawing Machine is designed for production lines where tube and bar drawing must run with less manual handling between cycles. Its chain-driven carriage provides 7–1000 kN drawing force, speeds up to 28 m/min, and strokes up to 10 m for products typically up to Ø250 mm. A mandrel controls the internal diameter and wall thickness during tube drawing, while 1–5 strand configurations increase output when several pieces share the same specification. Automatic feeding, cut-off, and receiving can be integrated for carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and alloy tubes and bars.

The Irregular Hydraulic Cold Drawing Machine is intended for forming complex non-round profiles that require high drawing force and controlled deformation, including square, rectangular, hexagonal, octagonal, oval, channel, angle, T-sections, and custom asymmetric shapes. A hydraulic drive provides 50–20,000 kN drawing force with strokes up to 25 m, allowing large or high-strength tubes and solid bars to be formed in a single cold drawing pass. Precision dies control profile geometry, corner definition, and dimensional accuracy, making the process suitable for steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and specialty alloy sections where conventional rolling cannot achieve the required profile.
